4. Vegetarian, Vegan, and Dietary Information
Bengaluru Cafe serves a 100% vegetarian menu, without meat, fish, or eggs.
Many menu items are naturally vegan, and most others can be prepared vegan upon request. Certain items contain dairy or other ingredients that cannot currently be substituted.
Vegan preparations: Where an item is identified or confirmed as vegan, it is prepared without intentionally added animal-derived ingredients, including dairy.
Some traditional recipes may normally contain ghee, butter, milk, yogurt, cheese, or other dairy ingredients. Customers requesting vegan preparations should communicate their preferences when ordering.
Not every menu item can be made vegan.
Our kitchen handles dairy, wheat, nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame, and other potential allergens. Shared cooking surfaces, utensils, equipment, and preparation areas may be used.
Although we take reasonable care with dietary requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment or eliminate all cross-contact risks.
If you have a food allergy, please inform our team before placing your order. We will help explain available ingredients and preparation options, but we may be unable to accommodate every request safely.
5. Online Ordering

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Order Issues
If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact the restaurant or the platform through which you ordered as soon as possible.
Because food is prepared for immediate consumption, order modifications and cancellations may not be possible once preparation has begun.
Refunds, credits, replacements, or other adjustments are evaluated based on the circumstances, applicable law, and the policies of the ordering platform.
If your order is incorrect, missing items, or presents a food quality concern, please contact us promptly.
For orders placed through third-party delivery platforms, you may also need to submit your request through that platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
7. Reservations
Reservations may be made using Eat App or another reservation service authorized by Bengaluru Cafe.
Reservation availability is subject to operating hours, table capacity, and operational requirements.
A reservation is confirmed only when confirmation is provided through the applicable reservation channel.
We ask customers to arrive on time and inform us if their party size, arrival time, or plans change.
Late arrivals, cancellations, and no-shows may affect table availability. Any applicable time limits, deposits, or cancellation charges will be disclosed through the booking process.
Walk-in guests are welcome, subject to table availability.
We may contact guests regarding reservation changes or unexpected operational circumstances.
8. Catering and Private Events
Catering orders, private dining reservations, and group events may be subject to separate quotations, minimum orders, deposits, service charges, cancellation deadlines, and event-specific agreements.
Pricing and availability are confirmed individually.
Where separate written terms are provided for a catering order or private event, those terms will govern that booking in the event of a conflict with these general Terms.
We recommend confirming dietary requirements, guest counts, delivery arrangements, and special requests in writing before the event.
9. Events and Promotions
Bengaluru Cafe may host live music, comedy, cultural gatherings, tasting sessions, and other events.
Event participation may require advance registration, reservations, or tickets through an authorized event platform.
Event details, schedules, performers, and capacity may change when reasonably necessary.
Any event-specific refund, transfer, or cancellation terms will be communicated through the relevant registration process.
Promotional offers are subject to the stated eligibility requirements, availability, dates, and conditions.
Unless otherwise specified, promotions cannot be combined or redeemed for cash.
